The budget smartphone is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor clocked at 800MHz. The mobile phone which has 512 MB RAM also gets an Android 4.0 ICS update. The dual-SIM device has a 3.5-inch display with a resolution of 480x320 pixels. The device's inbuilt memory of 140MB can be extended up to 32GB via microSD card. The dual-SIM mobile phone hasĀ also got dual cameras, a 5 megapixel at the rear and o.3 megapixel front facing Camera. A 1420 mAh Battery will energize the device. The device was unveiled along with the other two Stellar series models, namely the Spice Stellar and Spice Stellar Horizon. Let us take a quick look at both these Stellar series phones Spice Stellar (Spice Stellar MI 25) : The Spice Stellar or the Spice Stellar MI 425, the other name by which it is called, runs on 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which and is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, which is upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS). The device is blessed with a 4.0 inch touchscreen, 2,000 mAh battery and dual-SIM capabilities. For clicking pictures, you get a 5MP rear camera and a VGA front facing camera. The handset is priced at Rs 9,999. Spice Stellar Horizon : This handset is yet to make its presence in the market. The Stellar Horizon is the top model in the Stellar series which will be available at Rs 11,999. Its has better capabilities when compared to the other models in terms of connectivity, display and other features. The Stellar Horizon directly comes with Google Android 4.0 ICS and is powered by 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a dedicated 300MHz GPU. The 5-inch touch screen device has a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with a 0.3MP front camera. A 2,150 mAh battery powers the device. The mobile phone does offer Dual-SIM feature and connects you through GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi connectivity features. |
