HTC which launched its dual-SIM Desire V phone in the international market  a month ago, has launched the same in India. The phone is available in few retail websites like Flipkart. The Dual SIM phone is powered  by Android 4.0, 1GHz Qualcomm processor with 4-inch WVGA display. Price in India:  Flipkart offers the mobile for Rs 21,999
