Its now official that the great and much renowned Windows Logo is been changed for Windows 8 and there is been a deep insight about the change in the logo. The new logo which is been created by design house Pentagram, who also have worked for Dell, Netgear, Nike, and the One Laptop Per Child initiative. Having hands on the logos of Windows from the beginning of, the original Windows 1.0 logo was a simple, two-color affair, but turned out into the classic 4 color flag design for Windows 3.1, which was adapted for XP with better rendering and a 3D feel.

The new logo is both modern and classic and also feature International Typographic Style (or Swiss design). The logo is also humble and confident.
