Roger Federer will take on defending champion Novak Djokovic for the first time at Wimbledon on Friday. Federer advanced to the semi-finals of the Wimbledon beating Mikhail Youzhny 6-1, 6-2, 6-2. On the other side Novak Djokovic reserved his semi-final berth by defeating Florian Mayer 6-4, 6-1, 6-4.

Roger Federer holds the number of wins against Djokovic, while the Serb has been dominating in the last five Grand Slam meetings between the two with four wins. Both the players have never met on grass.

Considering Djokovic's dominance in Grand Slams for the past seasons , Federer will have a tough competition ahead as the Serb will be on fire to defend his title. Roger Federer is always a trick customer to handle on grass courts.

On the other side British champ Andy Murray will meet France's Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. Andy Murray beat No. 7 David Ferrer 6-7 (5), 7-6 (6), 6-4, 7-6 (4), while Tsonga defeated Philipp Kohlschreiber 7-6 (6), 4-6, 7-6 (3), 6-2 to advance to the semi-finals.
