2012 Wimbledon Champion Rafael Nadal made an early exit in the tournament after suffering defeat in the hands of Lukas Rosol 6-7 (9), 6-4, 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 in the second-round. Nadal's defeat has come as a shocking news for his fans and the tournament now is highly bid between Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic.
Djokovic and Roger Federer will be the two hot favorites for the title after Rafa's early exit. Lukas Rosol from Czech Republic, currently in 100th position of the ATP rankings earned a proud victory by defeating Nadal in the Wimbledon's main draw.
Rosol has been denied entry to the Wimbledon's main draw for five times after losing in the first round of qualifying. Rosol served brilliantly from good height which consistently gave him upper hand during the serves.
The Czech stood behind the baseline to hit powerful stroke which had Rafael Nadal stuck on the defensive. Rafael Nadal took the first set after saving three set points, but the former Wimbledon champ couldn't repeat it for too long as Lukas overpowered with powerful serves.
Lukas Rosol served his 22nd ace of the match to beat Nadal who was looking low in confidence and more furious over his defeat.
