India vs Nepal clash at the Jawarharlal Nehru stadium was the best as almost more than 10,000 Nepalese fans gathered to support their team. India, on the other hand entered the game with a positive note.

The rain played a crucial role in the game, but the scoreline was 0-0 in the end. The rain delayed the Kick-off by half-an-hour which helped more fans to watch the kick-off live. Nepal played an attacking game taking advantage over the wet pitch.

The attacking game adopted by the young Nepalese team pushed back India to play with defenders. India, who have made seven points from three outings, depend on Cameroon's result in their next two matches.

Bhola Siwal was the outstanding performer of the match. Siwal was about to score in two occasions, but was easily stopped by Indian goalkeeper Subrata Paul. India improvised their game in the second half by running hard, but Nepal dominated the game with air passes.

India came close to score in the 81st minute of the match through substitute Shaikh who delivered a powerful shot with his right foot, but the chance was denied by Nepal goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong. India will face Cameroon in their next outing.
