Mr. Cricket Michael Hussey, has been disappointed by the decision made by Australian Cricket Board for not choosing him in the Australian 2011 World Cup squad. Michael Hussey has been the backbone for Australia for the past years in Test, ODI and T 20 matches.

Disappointed by the ACB's decisions Hussey said, “The precedent has sort of been set from the last time with Andrew Symonds. He came in about the third or fourth game in the previous World Cup and played a really big part in our team. He was an important part of the team”.

"I was sort hoping that would be the same sort of thing for me really, that they'd give me every chance to have a crack at it really,” he added.

Hussey has been replaced by right-handed batsman Callum Ferguson and injured Nathan Hauritz has been swapped by off spinner Jason Krejza.
