The selectors of Indian cricket board have released the squad for the upcoming India's tour of Sri Lanka which will begin by 22nd of July. As expected there are a couple of comeback stars in this series. Virender Sehwag and left-arm pacer Zaheer Khan have been called back to play the five-match ODI series. Sachin Tendulkar has walked out of the series for rest which has opened the gates of youngster Ajinkya Rahane who had a brilliant IPL season this year. Fast bowler Ashok Dinda has found a place in the squad following his good performance in IPL 2012 season and in the West Indies for India A. Ravindra Jadeja did not make it to the 15-member squad as he performed badly in the Asia Cup and ODI series in Australia. Two spinners Rahul Sharma and Pragyan Ojha have been selected, while Harbhajan has been dropped once again. India will play five ODIs and one Twenty20 international in Sri Lanka ahead of the ICC World Twenty20 in September.
