Just take a break and look back into your social life. Really, wouldn’t many of you agree that you were too depressed about what the society will seal you and changed many of your decisions on the course? Wasn’t it your peer group, friends, family or those who are around that made you make too many crucial decisions based on what they feel about it? The society always live with a prejudice and it is not one person’s mind but the ideology planted by a single influential person that travels across.
So, why not you become the influential person and make your own decisions? Often, it is driven by social comments that create a sense of anxiousness in you and it isn’t easy to overcome it unless you are confident enough about what you want. Every time you do something right from wearing a dress to what you speak at office or college is criticized. All of your actions are deemed to criticism but pull yourself out of the pit before it eats you up.

Yes, simply put a virtual line between you and the so-called society. Don’t live for what they might think and start living for what you want to do. Plainly to put it, avoid too much of contact as it is good for nothing. Everything would meet with positive and negative criticism. So be aware of what you want and no do what others want.
Avoid social networking
Social networking websites are to be in touch and not to be always updating losing the real life behind you. Next time you wouldn’t know what your goals are and might rather be running behind what others are doing on the social networking account. Don’t get deviated for no reason and maintain your individuality.
Always relax from the regular life style so that you know you are in control of your life that would boost your confidence level. Don’t over indulge but don’t stress yourself either. Try meeting new people at least once in a while so that you don’t feel life is like a cubicle. You can do really better than what others think you can and also never forget to remind yourself often of who you are, what you are and your abilities which the world will recognize sooner or later. Till then, stay away from social stress or anxiety to lead a healthy life.
