The reasons are plenty. First of all 30's men are mature and can treat Women well! Most important factor for a girl to go out on a date. Women prefer mature men. In many situations clear thinking, mature & quick acting helps. Girls crib that 20's guys or rather boys are immature and cannot think clearly to even do a simple job of finding the best restaurant to take his date for a dine out.

Remember the famous Sitcom friends, where 27 year old Monica dates elderly Richard, her Ophthalmologist (who is of her father's age) whom she thinks is caring, responsible and knows to handle women, as he is experienced!

30's men are experienced and knows about women. They can treat a girl well. He will open the door of the car, he will pull out the chair for his girl, knows the best place to take her out, and the girl can spend  the rest of the date in peace!
 
Next factor is the safety. Girls in the hands of mature men feel safe and secure. They feel guarded when they go on a outing in the late night and any rough & tough situation can be handled well, by the mature men.

If with 20's boys, a date is like heading to the pub's dance floor, drinking a few shots and getting low with energy by the end of the day, which you are not Ready to indulge, then dating men of 30's who would take you to a serene romantic place and indulge in a peaceful dinner having exotic dishes, and laugh together, walking hand in hand on the shores of the beach, then why not prefer older men?

Another important factor is the money. 30's men are settled and money matters are not an issue. They can easily spend money on a date. Does it bother a girl, if the men stands up to pay the bill or would she prefer a teen guy who is scratching the back of his head to pay the bill thinking about the consequences of using his dad's card or the pocket money? Spending lavishly for a date is not a problem. Men of 30' who are settled with a handsome earning, will not think of burning his pocket or having to report to his dad of his expenses!

Women in general prefer a grand date. Yes lavishness literally excites them. More than that the surprises offered is something they would look forward to. 30's Men who is experienced in handling women, can understand the taste of women and surprise them.

Have you thought as to why men are married to women of younger age? That's because women tend to behave more matured than guys of their own age. Matching to the maturity level of a girl to a guy of the same age is tough and its been proven. Women have better maturity and understanding of situations and to tackle any problem than  men of their own age.

But does that stand out to be good till the end is the question. 30's men might do it as a fling as they might have a family and if the 20's girls are looking out for a casual relationship, then why not date 30's men with no complications?

But there are some girls who thinks that dating older men are dangerous and risky, as they would already be committed or with spouse and wouldn't want to risk it.

Also there are few girls who thinks that spinning on the dance floor letting themselves loose out to the tunes played in the night club bar, having the best of tequila and join the hands of a guy for a sexy groovy dance and chill out is all they might think of! (duh.. I would prefer a girls night out for this!)

At the end of the day enjoyment in a relationship, having a happy time spending together is what it matters, and not the age criteria!
