 Streaking is the the act of going nude through a public place and streaking is a light-hearted form of exhibitionism and public nudity which is not intended to shock but, rather, to amuse onlookers.
What is exhibitionism ? Exhibitionism, which refers to the exposing of bare female breasts and/or buttocks of either a male or female. Then the genitalia of male or a female is exposed in the public, it is often considered as indecent exposure. Speaking about the phenomenon of Exhibitionism, it is over all a psychological concept, but when applied in the physical actions, it denotes two separate phenomena. The first phenomenon is called flashing and this is always referred colloquially, which involves the exposure of the private parts to another person in a nonthreatening manner, in a situation where these would not normally be exposed. When the flashing act is done by females, it generally involves the exposure of breasts but also when involving her vagina and also her buttocks. The second phenomenon is called indecent exposure which involves the same kinds of actions but in a threatening manner and sometimes this can be sometimes prosecuted under the law.
