Exhibitionism, which refers to the exposing of bare female breasts and/or buttocks of either a male or female. Then the genitalia of male or a female is exposed in the public, it is often considered as indecent exposure.

Speaking about the phenomenon of Exhibitionism, it is over all a psychological concept, but when applied in the physical actions, it denotes two separate phenomena.

The first phenomenon is called flashing and this is always referred colloquially, which involves the exposure of the private parts to another person in a nonthreatening manner, in a situation where these would not normally be exposed. When the flashing act is done by females, it generally involves the exposure of breasts but also when involving her vagina and also her buttocks.

The second phenomenon is called indecent exposure which involves the same kinds of actions but in a threatening manner and sometimes this can be sometimes prosecuted under the law.

Exhibitionism is not an automatically a compulsion, but few people have a distinct psychological distinct to sexually expose them.

Types of exposure

Anasyrma: The act of exposing the genitals by lifting the skirt when not wearing the underwear
Flashing: Momentary display of breasts by a woman with an up-and-down lifting of the shirt and/or bra(also the genitalia)
Martymachlia: A paraphilic, act of sexual attraction when people involve in sexual act
Mooning: Display of the buttocks by pulling down the trousers and underwear.
Streaking: the act of running nude through a public place.
Candaulism: when a person exposes his/her partner in a sexually explicit manner.

Most of the celebrities expose their breasts and genitalia in the public and the reason why these celebrities expose is still unknown. However these kind of things are been captured by the paparazzi and special thanks to them for letting us the world, which is celebrity does not wear underwear.
