Chennai Rhinos won their match against the Karnataka Bulldozers which was played on 28th January, 2012 at Bengaluru Chinnaswamy Stadium, in order to stay alive in the competition. Karnataka Bulldozers lost the match in close margin as they got out before reaching the target of 142 set by Chennai Rhinos.
