Jamaican sprint superstar Usain Bolt, created history by winning the 200m final at the 2012 London Olympics on Thursday. Usain Bolt became the first man on earth to win golds in both 100 and 200m in consecutive Olympics.

Usain Bolt had a great lead over the bend in the first 100 meters, but had to push hard to keep away the competition from his countryman Yohan Blake, who charged in in the second 100 meters.

America's Carl Lewis was the first man to win 100m gold in 1984 and 1988 Olympics, but missed on 200m gold in 1988 to compatriot Joe DeLoach.
