Bipasha, Emraan and Esha in Raaz 3

Bipasha Basu, Emraan Hashmi and Esha Gupta starrer Raaz 3, is directed by Vikram Bhatt.

The film's music is scored by Jeet Ganguly, Mithoon and Rashid. The film's story revolves around Maithli Kejal, an actress played by Bipasha, Aditya, a director played by Emraan and Sanjana Dhanraj another young & sexy actress played by Esha.

Maithli is Aditya's muse and suddenly when Sanjana makes a dashing entry in to films under Aditya's direction, things change. Now Maithli is forgotten, even Aditya has an affair with Sanjana. Maithli felts let down and cheated and she takes a revenge which involves even black magic to destroy Sanjana and get back her love - Aditya.

The film produced under the banner of Vishesh Films and Fox Star Studios is releasing world-wide on the 7th of September 2012.
