Jodi Breakers Movie Preview

Jodi Breakers is an upcoming Hindi film that stars the first time fresh pairing of Bipasha Basu and Madhavan.

Director Ashwini Chaudhary has tired to bring in the success of the unlikely pairing of Madhavan & Kangana Ranaut (in Tanu Weds Manu) in this film too by roping in Maddy & Bips. The film has music scored by the music director duo Salim-Sulaiman. The film was initially titled Shaadi Fast Forward.

Songs like 'Kunwara' which has been denoted as the anthem for singles or broken hearts, while Bipasha song, touted to be a sexy song shot on Bipasha Basu also made news for having copied from the international pop album 'Beautiful Liar', that featured Beyonce & Shakira. "Darmiyaan" and "Mujhko Teri Zaroorat Hai" are slow romantic numbers shot on exquisite locations on the leads Madhavan & Bipasha.

While the songs have got good response and reviews, the film has been tangled in plagiarism issue and is said to be a copy of the French film Heartbreakers.

While the director and the rest of the crew members of Jodi Breakers swear that the film has no connection to tthis Frnech movie except for the title similarity, there were allegations that the film's one line story, where the couple Bips & Maddy help the other couples who are in troubled love to have a easy break up, is also similar to the French movie Heartbreakers. But the director vows that the film's screenplay is not the same as Heartbreakers.

As a result, the makers of Jodi Breakers had offered the Heartbreakers team to read the entire script, provided they agree to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which the Heartbreakers team were unwilling to sign initially.

But now the latest development before the film's release, scheduled on the 24th of February is that the crew members of Jodi Breakers, have a sigh of relief after their film has been exonerated from the charges of having copied from the French film Heartbreakers.

It is reported that the lawyers appointed by the producers of the film Heartbreakers saw the Jodi Breakers and allegedly came to the conclusion that there were no overt similarities between the two and have informed their clients accordingly.
