Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal Preview

Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal is an upcoming Tamil romantic film which stars Atharva and Amala Paul in the lead, which is gearing for February 17th release for the Valentine Weekend.

The film directed Elred Kumar, is produced by Jayaraman, Elred Kumar and James under the banner of RS infotainment.

The film is a love story, which revolves around three main characters Atharva, Amala and Yashika and takes place in Chennai and travels to United States.

Atharva is said to be having a two different looks in the film. Atharva as Ram, plays a software engineer, while Amala Paul as Charulatha also works in US. Zaved, of Hangover 2 fame was selected to play villain.

Anupama Kumar plays the role of Atharva;'s mother, which is said to be a complex role, which was initially offered to Simran Bagga who had refused to play mother's role then and then was even offered to Roja who had declined.

The film was initially to be directed by Ganesh Vinayak, but later the producer Elred Kuamr took over the responsibility.

The song composed by GV Prakash Kumar have already been a hit. The Oru Murai was released first as a single later which the video was shot in US and was released as a music video too. The film has been shot at some exclusive locations like Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and New York were no Tamil films has been shot before ( except for New York). The lyrics have been penned by Thamarai and the Rap portions by Blazee.
