Vishal, after completing Bala's 'Avan Ivan' will be moving on to Prabhu Deva's yet to be titled flick. Sameera Reddy has been roped in as heroine after trying out other Kollywood beauties. In the meanwhile, Vishal has allotted dates for Boopathy Pandian's 'Pattathu Yaanai'.

'Pattathu Yaanai' was first offered to Chiyaan Vikram, but he refused the project due to some indifference in storyline. Now Vishal will be acting in Prabhu Deva and Boopathy Pandia's movies simultaneously.

Vishal has to shed 15 kilos of weight for Prabhu Deva's flick, which he has gained for Bala's Avan Ivan. Avan Ivan is slated for April release by its producers AGS Entertainment.
