Bollywood's Top 5 Actors/ Heroes of 2010
Flaunting their six-pack abs, showcasing the best on screen chemistry and romancing the hottest heroines, ever-green & overrated kiss story on and off screen, our Bollywood heroes have done it all this year.

Here are 2010's list of top 5 hotties of Bollywood, based on their hits and misses in the box office.



@ No 5 – Shahid Kapoor



Standing in the 5th position is our very own chocolate boy Shasha (Shahid Kapoor), with not much number of movie hits this year. This years release of Shahid Kapoor include Chance Pe Dance alongside Genelia D'Souza and Paathshala, alongside Ayisha Takia. He also had the long pending release Milenge Milenge with his ex girlfriend Kareena Kapoor, which was also a dud at the box office.

But more than his movies, Shahid was spotted a lot for his relationship with Priyanka Chopra, after their on screen chemistry in last year's Kaminey. Shahid's upcoming movies include, his father Pankaj Kapoor's directorial venture and their home production Mausam.

@ No 4 – Imran Khan



Our fourth position is filled by Imran Khan, the cousin on the perfectionist of Bollywood Aamir Khan. After the debut Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Imran has come a long way, with two releases this year, both of which are love stories.

I Hate Luv storys against Sonam Kapoor and Break Ke Baad with the doe-eyed dimple beauty Deepika Padukone. Though they were not a huge commercial success, Imran's status as a bankable hero has increased with both the movies, after the not so successful Luck and Kidnap, last year. Imran khan is doing the movie with Katrina Kaif titled Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, which is to release next year.

Though Imran's love affair with his on screen heroines is not a debatable one, as he has a steady relationship of over 8 years with his soon to be wedded Avantika Malik, Imran is still considered one of the upcoming youngest hot heroes of Bollywood.

@ No 3 Akshay Kumar



Third place goes to Akshay Kumar, the Khiladi. With the releases that include Housefull, an out and out commercial comedy movie, Khatta Meetha a not so successful drama alongside Trisha directed by Priyadarshan and the Diwali release, Sci-fic comedy/romantic movie Action Replayy also an unsuccessful movie despite Akshay sharing screen space with Aishwarya Rai, he made quite a number of entries in the silver screen, though he was busy with his Television Cookery Reality Show, Master Chef India. Yet Akshay is still standing tall with the Chirstmas eve release Tees Maar Khan, directed by Farah Khan, where he is paired opposite his lucky charm Katrina Kaif.

Akki, is also busy in the coming years with the line up of movies like Patiala House (with Anushka Sharma), Thank You, Desi Boyz ( with Deepika Padukone), Joker (With Sonakshi Sinha) and Housefull 2 (With Deepika/Katrina) and the older he gets the hotter he is, though a married man and with a kid!

@ No 2 – Shared by Hrithik And Ranbir



Our second position is shared by two heartthrobs -  Ranbir Kapoor and and the Greek God Hrithik Roshan. After as not so successful Saawariya, Ranbir had a dream run in Bollywood we must say. Ranbir's political drama Raajneeti was a successful one at the box office and was even critically appreciated for his acting abilities. His latest rom-com/travalogue love story Anjaana Anjaani alongside Priyanka Chopra though dint do well at the box office, was appreciated for the lead actor's spontaneious acting. Ranbir still holds good with his future projects like Rock star, Heer Ranjha, Barfree.



Hrithik Roshan had  a dull beginning with Kites which dint fly high up in the sky. The year ends' release with his lady luck Aishwarya Rai Guzaarish under Sanjay Leela Bhansali's direction was appreciated for his acting and the movie is doing good at the box office too! Even our yesteryear Bollywood Diva and the dancing queen Madhuri Dixit appreciated Hirthik and had given two thumbs up for our Daggu's acting and dancing talents! Hrithik upcoming movies include Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Paani and also plans to work on the remake of Agneepath with Karan Johar.

@ No 1 – Salman Khan



Numero Uno position in our count down goes to the fearless cop Chulbul Pandey a.k.a Robin hood Pandey Salman Khan, with his un beatable commercial movie of the year Dabangg alongside the debut sensation Sonakshi Sinha. Though his dream project Veer was a complete disaster at the box office, early this year, he comes in a special appearance alongside his sweetheart (or not) Katrina Kaif in Tees Maar Khan for a Khwali styled song, which is already creating a lot of buzz! Sallu also made a guest appearance in the movie Prem Kaa Game which released this year.

Salman the hunky bad boy of Bollywood, still holds special place in his fans heart and he has continued to entertain us in future with movies like Ready and My Love Story, both of which are remakes of Tamil and Telugu movies.

Salman Khan also was in Media's constant attention post the success of Dabangg, and also for Katrina's  statement that they are not together, were some of the happenings of the Wanted hero in 2010.
