The university authorities of JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) have started the inquiry a day after the media reported about the issue of two former students shot a blue film in the hostel.
Chief Proctor of JNU, HB Bohidar quoted "We will not tolerate such things inside the university complex. We already have initiated inquiry and have questioned a few persons in this connection,”. The inquiry began when the Procter office got a complaint about the particular issue from the chief security officer of the university.
The blue film in the university campus seemed to be shot before six months by a couple of students School of Languages. The couple are believed to be natives of Bihar and the equipments for shooting the blue film was provided by a Computer Science student. The boy acted in the film was beaten up when other students came to know that such incident took place in the university campus.
After that it seems that the university officials destroyed the CD and tried to cover up the matter. This issue came to light later as the CD of the film has been out of the university campus. The film portrays the girl girl watching a porn movie and then by indulging in the sexual act with the partner which is been recorded by a camera given by the Computer Science student.
Police department say that they have not received any complaints from the university side. It is also believed that they would have earned money from the film.
