Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton's pics was revealed in the French Magazine and the tabloid was sued by the Royal Family. The pictures were taken from a mile distance away while Kate and Prince Harry were sunning at the private chateau in Provence. Attorney Pierre Hourcade said "If photographs of Kate Middleton have been taken and published without her consent during her holidays, she may file a complaint on the basis of article 9 of the French civil code and article 226-1 of the penal code," If the person is convicted of the crime, the magazine that published the naked pictures of Kate, have to publish the result of the Duchess legal action on the front page.
