When we have hundred reasons to worry, life gives you one millions reasons to smile. It is up to the individuals attitude whether to brood on the sorrows or enjoy the happiness. “Nobody’s life is entirely free of pain and sorrow, we cannot avoid them but we can learn to live with them in a positive way”. This article is to help you to overcome your worriesand live a happy life. What are you worrying about? You would be worrying either about the past incident or about the forth coming future. Is it possible to worry about the present? No it is not possible… As this minute/second when you are reading these lines your mind will not be thinking about your worries as it is concentrated in the present. Present is always magical it has no joy, no sorrow, no pain. “Present is present it gives stillness to our mind”.
Try being in the present for few minutes and note down your thoughts during those few minutes. Hope you listed out few things which was running in your mind. Now read on the list and observe it. You will not find joy or sorrow or pain but you will feel a kind of peace in your mind. Oh that’s all! This method seems to be easy to follow. Hey don’t come to a conclusion so quickly.
The mind denies being in the present because it cannot function and control us without a time-line stick to it and it needs either the past or the future to relate the events. And only by thinking these events we determine whether we are happy or sad”. The best is to be in the present that is “NOW” which is always ours. Okay now you have decide to be in the present but your mind would not support you , it would rather deliver many negative thoughts to push you back into the past or the future. Don’t try to stop them instead just “watch your mind “.

Our mind is like a garden. A garden needs to be maintained by watering it daily and plucking the unwanted weeds. Our mind also in the same way should be watered with good thoughts by reading books, talking to good people to get ridden of the negative thoughts. We need to cultivate our mind with good thought on daily basis. Because when we want a rose plant we sow a rose seed. The same way when we want to achieve success we need to sow such kind of thoughts. At the end “we get what we sow”. Start sowing the seed of positive thoughts and stop worrying. It is nothing in the world which you cant do!
