The early bird catches the worm : Wake up one hour before your usual time. In case you wake up at 7AM, then wake up at 6AM, so you need not to rush up your things.

Walk:  Walk at least for 30 minutes in the morning. If this is not possible you can also walk in the day time but make sure that you have 2 hours gap between your meal and walk. At the same time do not strain too much for walking.

Breakfast: Skipping the breakfast is not advisable. Never skip your breakfast. If you skip your breakfast, then you will be triggered to eat more in the afternoons. Also make sure that you have a healthy breakfast like oats and others. They will energize your body.

Oatmeal for Breakfast :
Oatmeal is one of the best suggested thing for your breakfast. With Oatmeal, you can also add  fruits and drink a glass of milk. Avoid taking coffee or tea. Try to cut down these things gradually. Avoid oil stuff.

Green Tea:
If you feel like drinking coffee or tea, then have green tea. Green tea when used for Weight Loss, studies report that consuming green tea daily helps in speeding up the metabolism and oxidizing the fat out of the body. The reason is that, green tea contains  antioxidant EGCG, which is been proved in aiding thermogenic process.  The fat taken by the body, the metabolism tries to distribute the fat present in the body to all areas of the body, and the remaining fat of the body is present in the body.  Fat is good for healthy life and healthy body, and helps in the proper function of the heart and the brain. Have balanced lunch:
Never over eat for the lunch. Have a balanced lunch instead. Make sure that you include  green vegetables and soup.

Eat Smaller, Frequent Portions:  During the day time, have smaller and frequent eating breaks if you like.

Drink a lot of water during the day
