Microsoft Xbox 360 update was one of the much anticipated for video gamers and the release of the update was delayed but the Xbox 360 update was announced yesterday which is on Tuesday 06-12-2011.  The  Xbox 360 update was available for the consumers after eleven hours after the announcement of the update by the company.
Xbox 360 Update features :

The company claims that the Xbox 360 update will feature more content options than the predecessor and will also feature Kinect controls.  It is also believed that the Xbox 360 update will also feature access to new digital entertainment content, video channels from the likes of YouTube, HBO and Epix, and digital music from iHeartRadio.

Subscribers of  Comcast's pay television service will be able to access all of the company's on-demand video via the Xbox. The company also added that the Xbox 360 update will prominence to an  universal search feature which will allow the gamers to find movies and other content across various digital content providers.  The Microsoft's Kinect accessory will also allow the users to navigate the entire Xbox interface.

The design has been changed completely in the Metro Design Language, with an interface which is similar to the Windows Phone and Windows 8 operating system.
