The CNG version of the Tata Magic Iris commercial passenger carrier has been launched by Tata motors at the 2012 Indian auto expo. indiancarsbikes.in was the first one to let out details on Tata Magic Iris CNG version which was doing testing rounds a few months before. Tata Motors will face competition from Bajaj, who will showcase the RE60 which will also be available in CNG version.

What is CNG ? CNG stands for Compressed natural gas, which is a fossil fuel substitute for gasoline, diesel or LPG. Though the these produces greenhouse gases, they are environmet friendly and is much safer than others.
