Mahindra-Electric-Verito

Verito, which was previously Logan, will now be getting an update with the electric version of Mahindra's entry level sedan, Verito. Mahindra Reva is the conglomerate car manufacturer of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) with $15.4 billion (around R85,431.5 crore).

Reva which came to Mahindra two years ago began its work on 'electrifying' M&M's portfolio of vehicles. The electric vehicle Mahindra Reva was initially unveiled at the Indian Auto Expo 2012 back in January.

Maini on the M&M vehicles said that "We have proved that electric versions of utility vehicles Bolero and Scorpio are technologically feasible. We have developed electric options of light trucks Maxximo and Geo."
