Ford India has launched a new feature-rich Titanium variant to its Fiesta Classic lineup with a lesser price tag. Ford India established a new portfolio of cars under the name all new Fiesta after dropping the name Fiesta from the first generation models which is now called as the Fiesta Classic.

The new feature enriched Titanium variant has been launched with INR 70,000 lesser than the previous models. The Fiesta Classic Titanium petrol variant now costs INR 6,86,400 while the diesel version is priced at INR 7.82 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

The Fiesta Classic is available in both petrol and diesel variants. The 1.6 liter duratec petrol engine delivers peak power of 101 PS and maximum torque of 146 Nm. The 1.4 Liter TDCI turbo diesel engine outputs peak power of 68 PS and peak torque of 160 Nm. Both engines can be operated through a five-speed manual gearbox.

Ford claims an fuel economy of 32.38 kmpl for its diesel engine which when put to practical test can offer up to 15 kmpl. The petrol variants economy is said to be 21 kmpl which will end up around 13 kmpl in city roads. Considering these mileage figures, the Fiesta Classic sedans will surely be a slow mover on road.
